Take your puppy to your own vet within 72 hours of arrival. If a serious health issue is found, we make it right — immediately.

What's covered

Life-threatening congenital heart, liver and kidney defects
Hereditary conditions confirmed by two independent veterinarians
Hip dysplasia with an OFA rating of severe (within guarantee period)
Inherited eye anomalies (CEA) confirmed by a veterinary ophthalmologist
Replacement puppy of equal value, or refund per our written agreement
All current vaccinations, deworming records and microchip included

Health guarantee FAQ
Our 12-year guarantee covers life-threatening genetic and congenital conditions. If a covered condition is diagnosed and confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we will offer a replacement puppy from an upcoming litter or a refund as outlined in your contract. You never have to return your puppy — we know they're family by then.
